Bega Restaurant in Dortmund

Even though the owner is a really good host and made us feel welcome, perhaps being a fellow Pakistani, the food was unfortunately not up to the standard. The authentic Pakistani/Indian taste was just not there. It wasn't even close to that taste. Unnecessary rice with every dish, such a waste. The only good thing was probably the naan (bread).

We ordered there for the first time today and are just thrilled :) Super delicious and spicy curry and tender chicken. I can only recommend it to everyone ?

Have ordered to Lünen. 1 hour delivery time. Super on time. Super friendly. The food made us just super happy. Chicken tikka masala was the purest taste explosion. Definitely not the last time. Great.

I don't actually write reviews, but I'm always so happy with Bega that I'm going to change that now. We have often ordered from Stiftstrasse, everything was always great. The team is super friendly, the food is delivered quickly or ready to be picked up and absolutely delicious. So today too. When the restaurant was closed in summer, I tried a few others - and couldn't find a comparable one in the area. My favorites: Everything with paneer and the Garlic Naan :)

Very good food. Great service. Great atmosphere

The service is continually extremely helpful and always friendly! From our point of view, a meeting is highly recommended. The selection of drinks was very good for my sister and I! I think the inn is irrelevant for all kinds of occasions whether with mate, friends or relatives.

All tables were cleaned properly and the chairs were extremely comfortable. The workforce has worked fast, well-groomed and friendly. I can say that nothing has broken down yet! The place was always a good experience in my mouth. I can only recommend the restaurant!

Food was bad. Ambience and setting is ok. Naan was over salty and paneer tikka masala was just paneer butter masala.

Poor quality food, no taste in any of the dishes. Beef was served as mutton, having very low quality. Murg korma was tasteless and chicken was stale. Worst experience ever. Scam in the name of Indian food.

Good food but mild but tasty. Had paneer tikka masala and channa Masala. Both came with rice. Channa had good taste but is quite mild. Merlot not bad, good portion for price, both food and wine.

The chicken korma was pretty poor with awful quality meat. The lamb vindaloo was better but still not worth the price. Definitely better Indian restaurants around.

Very tasty food. Good portions as well. The owner is a gentleman and treats customer well. I've become a repeat customer of this place. Try and order everything in one go because they seem short staffed for peak hours. Also, mango lassi can be better.

This is super restaurant of Indian &Pakistani food

For us the best Indian in Dortmund. We have been here a few times and have never been disappointed. The friendly staff always gave us good advice and was very patient with us. We will continue to eat there when it means good Indian food from starter to dessert.

First of all its not an Indian restaurant at all. Worst Pakistani and so called Indian restaurant in Germany.

Food is ok.. little bit expensive than other restaurants.

Looooong wait, but good food

Good service, average food, don't try duck. Among other dishes, we ordered a lamb dish. Was served beef. After I complained, they were trying to convince me that it is lamb.
